Chaplains Caring for Companies was founded by Lynndene Way, a seasoned professional with over 27 years of pastoral and chaplaincy experience.

She has one goal:  To provide emotional care, support, and resources for youremployees through a customized plan based on your company’s specific needs. In her travels to more than twenty countries, she has been privileged to work with a remarkable variety of people from diverse cultures, locations, and spiritual traditions.

Lynndene is a strong believer in the resiliency of the human spirit, and believes that compassion and care can have an enormous impact in helping people in crisis move through their current challenge and into a sense of wholeness and peace. She offers concrete tools and strategies for healthy coping, as well as spiritual counsel. Pastors, leaders, church workers, businesses, and numerous others have benefited from her down-to-earth, humerous teaching style, as well as her genuine generousity and kindness. Certified in CISM (Critical Incident & Stress Management) in the workplace, Lynndene has helped many companies and their employees cope with traumatic incidents in the workplace, and transition back to a sense of normalcy and productivity. She is capable and committed to helping companies care for their greatest asset - employees!
She holds several credentials and certifications including:

- Community Service Ministries Chaplaincy Basic Training Course

- Certified in Critical Incident & Stress Management (CISM)
in the Workplace by Robert Douglas & Associates

Chris Castilleja
Workplace Chaplain Chris Castilleja comes to CCFC with over two decades of ministry experience.
He is a certified chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains (ICPC).

Having served five years as a Christian School Administrator, his exposure to a wide variety of denominations gives him unique insight into those with diverse backgrounds. His experience in the corporate setting, as well as the private sector, assure clientele that compassion, confidentiality and professionalism will always accompany all and any services. This ordained minister will find practical and meaningful ways to make a difference in your company by caring for your greatest asset - employees!
